Why is a new team of 8 being billed for 9 when I try to upgrade?

I opened a Trello account. I formed a team including myself of 8. I want to upgrade to business but when I do the monthly billing is for 9 - Why?

Could it be because there is someone that isn't a team member that has been added to more than one of the team boards?

That was it! Thanks. Once I deleted the initial boards I setup trying to figure out how Trello works, the billing total was correct.
