Why is my menu search (including an &) not finding my card?

I have a card title that includes "B&V Testing" as a vendor, but when i search for "B&V in the menu search, it says i have no cards. Why is this?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Some searches in Atlassian products struggle with special characters like &.  Does Testing return your card (amongst others)?  Also try "V Testing" and "BV Testing"

Testing does return the search, but BV does not. Can this be submitted somewhere/somehow to have this fixed?
