I had a workspace which had been closed. The system has sent out a notification to let me know the subscription will be renewed. I cannot get into the workspace to manage anything as it's closed. How do I stop the renewal? I've tried to reach out to contact and I get stuck in the contact system with no real help. The system keeps redirecting me to a 404 as workspace is closed.
