board closed

I am raising a support ticket to further assist you with this issue, and you will receive an email shortly from our side

I've checked our records and it appears that the sole admin of that board and Workspace was inactive beyond our dormant account period, and the user's Trello profile was deleted as a result. This doesn't delete the board, but since the Workspace was deleted, the board was closed.
