board list bug, list being added by trello

Several days a week (not every single day, but most) I have a new list that's being added by Trello, and several cards that belong in existing lists are being shifted to this new, unwanted list. I have checked my automations and can't find any reason for this happening. Is anyone else experiencing this? 

I keep moving the cards out of the new list and then archiving it, only for it to appear again the next day or a few days later....

Check your activity log, any new list being added should be logged:

It will say via Butler if there is an automation that is doing it.

Other things to check:

• Power-ups
• Check through all automation pages
• It could be an automation on another board that is set to "move/copy card to list [whateverthisrandomlistiscalled] on board [boardwhererandomlistisbeingadded]"
