business class users

I purchased the business account for my real estate transaction business.  I will be managing real estate agent's transaction files which means each agent will need to be a guest/visitor or collaborator on their file board.  However, they are not apart of my team or admin.  I manage many agent's files.  that would be very expensive to have to pay for each agent to be on my business class boards!  Any other suggestions?

@Vicki Gessler you only pay for someone who is a member of your team, or a member (full member or observer) of more than one board in your business class team.
