Every time I paste content or click edit for a card which I pasted content in before, trello just hangs/becomes unresponsive. Other team members don't face this, only me! Sigh. Has anyone experienced and then fixed this?
Thank you for this suggestion Gaurav. This was my first suspicion. However, after a hard refresh and deleting all cache, the issue still haunts me. Why only me, I have no clue, no one else in the team faces this issue!

Have you tried restarting your computer. It sounds like a caching issue.
