Hi, I would like to ask if you can recommend the platform that we can you use for our company. Currently, we use Trello, however, we are distributors of handling machines and producers of attachments, we do service and rent machines as well. So that , may I kindly ask to  recommned anythingh else ?

If you like Trello and you want to consider how to extend the use of it, I would suggest you look at Hipporello. The ability to share your card and hippo fields externally on a webportal makes it very powerful tool to build apps onto of Trello that extends your collaboration to your partners and clients. It's conversation feature allows you to have thread conversations with external partners.

• Contacting customers?
• ...etc

Just based on the original question, from Atlassian I would consider if Jira Service Management Premium would be of benefit. This includes...

• Service Management Features
• A customer support portal, for contact with customers
• With Premium, access to Asset/Configuration Management - to help manage your assets/inventory
