customize observer settings?

Hi! We want to upgrade our Trello license to Bussiness Class. BUT in advance we would like to know the following:

- when adding an Observer, can we customize the setting in terms of visibility? We want to share our board with our clients, but would like to keep the names of the team members and their personal details confidential.  

- is this possible?

- or is there a power-up making that possible?

I would also like this feature as it would save me having to create 2 boards

No, we don't have a way to make the names of the people interacting on the boards secret from the other people interacting on the boards.  

If your team members are NOT on the boards that your clients are on, then just add your clients directly to their board (not to your team), and they can only see the stuff going on in that board.
