due date notifications

When adding a due date on card I have the option to get a notification at various times before the date is due?

 

Lets say that I want  to get a notification 3 hours before the date is due and after that to get a notofication every one hour until the date and time is due and every one hour after the date is due until someone checks the tick button that the task is done.

How do I do that?

There are Due Date Automations that you can make trigger X hours before/after a card is due.

If you want it to send you email notifications, under the Content tab you have access to a "send an email notification to" command. You can then customize the message however you like.

However, because you create the Butler command, all actions are done as if you were doing them. So you will never get a red notification in the top right.

The way around that is to have a different team member set up the rules targeted at you. Or create a new account that is only there to house these rules. Be careful of quotas and if they count against your subscriptions etc if you go down this route of course.

If you do that, but don't actually want an email. You could also just have it ping you in the comment, or remove then add you back to the card or something as well.
