I can't make any entries on my PC. When I change posts, "edit not saved" appears in red. There are no problems on my mobile.

Same issue here with Firefox. I had to clear the cookies and site data for trello.com under Settings - Privacy & Security - Cookies and Site Data - Manage Data

@Frank Meissner does this work if you clear cache and cookies? like @Art Metz suggested?
