I had the premium free trial for 15 days. 15 days has passed and now I can't use Trello. I try to change the plan to the free one but it's blocked and there is nothing I can do at all.
If you check the photo, there is no option to choose the free plan. I can just choose a paid one.
Please help, I have all the information of my business in Trello and I can't access it. Everytime I try to open a board, the same message appears and it's blocked.

In order to run on a free plan you can max have 10 Boards in the workspace and max 10 members... During the Premium trial you can go above those numbers, but if you do then, when the trial ends, those limitations take effect again send the account in to a sort of Read Only mode untill you again adhere to the free plan limitations
So in a situation like this you need to eiter (disclaimer: not tried the situation myself, but this is how I understand it):
- Remove boards and member both down to 10 for the system to work again
Or
- Begin paying for a paid plan if you truly need more than the free limits (Tip: most companies do not actually need the Premium paid plan but can use the cheaper standard paid plan)
