I signed Trello in order to request access to a specific Trello workspace/board, but it automatically assigned a premium trial. Can you please cancel the trial associated with my account? I've seen other questions about the same thing, and the support process requires a URL I don't have, so I was hoping someone from atlassian support could take care of this so it does not auto renew after the 14 days.

Hi @Derek S - Thanks for reaching out. The free trial you received at signup will not auto-renew or bill you. Since you did not add any credit card information or authorizce Trello to charge you, there's no risk of being charged when the trial ends. You can enjoy the 14 days of Premium features, and after the trial, your account will automatically return to Trello's free plan - no action needed on your part.
