google chat settings won't work

Some of my google Chats groups have Jira bot integrated. I want to add some new issues notifications to what is posted on the group, but I haven't been able to the change the settings since las week, or even create a new group and set it up from the start. 

I always get the message that Jira team already knows about the problem, ¿is there another way to change the settings?

Here's what I get when after talking '@Jira connect <org>.atlassian.net' in the group and clicking 'Configure':
