hi there, I am trying to log into support, and it prompts me to use the Atlassian URL which is not even close to containing "atlassian" in the URL. Our URL is https://trello.com/w/userworkspace26ce3a53b0c5238e655479578cfd9393/home so I can't even log a support ticket
Since you're logged in here and have a post up, that would indicate you are already logged in with Atlassian, and https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ should consequently be readily available.
Alternatively: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact
Did you select Trello as a product and then Technical Issues and Bugs?
That workspace name of yours is a bit odd.
I'm guessing what they're asking if you chose Login Issues, is the mysitename.atlassian.net but that sounds like another product than Trello, Confluence maybe--which we don't use much so I don't know about that.
If you do have one, your "mysitename.atlassian.net" page (if you have one) ought to have menu that shows your products, and there you would be able to switch to the Trello account you're part of as a user.
It is confusing since Trello is based on users collaborating through trello.com, and after it became part of Atlassian, it had to fit in with home.atlassian.com URLs and all their products. All logins however, are Atlassian ID's and should work.
I'm aware this isn't very helpful yet, but I'm sure the Team will jump in here.
