how to delete

I would like to be able to delete items. i used to have that option but now the only option is to archive which takes up space in data storage and uses water and energy. how can i delete things to have less neg environmental impact?

To delete something in Trello, you first archive it and then delete it from the "Archived" or "Closed" items section.
