how to place a card on a non-member board?

When a business report is ready to be reviewed, I would like the report writer to move the card onto my board's list "ready for reviewing". But, they aren't members of my board and I don't want everyone to have access to my board. 

How can they give me the card when they don't have access to my board?

Hey Michael,

In order to move a card over to another board, you must be a member of the board. There won't be a way for the report writer to move the card directly onto your board without being a member of the board.

As a workaround, you could create a new board just for this purpose, and invite the report reviewer to the new board. Then, once the report is complete, they can move it to this new board, where you can then move it to your actual board.
