how to see a list of my team members on the menu ?

how do i make my team members appear like this in the menu? so i can drag and drop and easily assign them to boards?

@Salma ElTabakh which menu would you like then to appear in? There is no way to drag and drop people into a board but you can add all members from your team to a team board if you click the Add Members button shown in your screenshot.
