how to turn off new new view menu

Can this new menu be turned off?

It is at the bottom of the main screen and allows you to select your preferred view.

It can not be moved and is in the way.

On the top right corner, do you see option Beta? If you do, you can click and click on Exit beta. If not, you cannot change it.
