hello,
I see that website links are taken into account in the description of cards. Unfortunately there is apparently no shortcut for explorer in windows , which would prevent from copying/paste a link to a new explorer window each time: is there another possibility?
Hello @GILLET
Trello markdown does support the use of file URIs, so you can link to files that are local or on a remote server, like this:
Card Description with markdown [This is a file](file://C:/Users/sunnyape/Desktop/foo.txt)
But, when you click the link, you'll still see a pop-out window asking you to paste that URL into a new window / tab to open the file:
To work around this, host your files on a system like Dropbox, Google Drive, SharePoint etc to store your files that can supply a HTTP or HTTPS type URL links.
Refer to the Why can't I open file:// links? article in the Using Trello pages for more information on this topic.
