i do not have access to my free account now, why?

hi everyone! 

I use Trello for about 2 months and today I couldnt have access to my boards. This happens because i have to pay?

Hello

It shouldn't be able to log in without any problems. Are you getting an error? If you give us a little more information, we could help you.

Hi @Mirto_HillSuites welcome to the Atlassian community.

It's definitely frustrating when you suddenly lose access to your Trello boards, especially after using it smoothly for a couple of months. While a payment requirement could certainly be the reason, it's not the only possibility as @Vronik rightly probing to better assist you.

Possible reasons for your issue, I see:

  • You Were Part of a Paid Team/Workspace That Ended or Changed Subscriptions: If so, Contact the Workspace Administrator.
  • Your Free Workspace Hit a Board Limit (For Standard/Premium Features): Check your Workspace type, Identify "Closed" Boards Or upgrade (if necessary).
  • A Free trial expired.
  • Double-check the email address you're logged in with. Try logging out and then logging back in carefully, perhaps trying different email addresses you might have used.
