If you closed the board by mistake then you can reopen it. However, if you deleted it permanently then you will not be able to access it. https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/reopening-a-closed-board/

Hello @Inmaculada Mérida ! Go to board setting then go to general then you'll get option to delete board let me know if you have any other problem.
