i want to change the administrator

Good morning. This is Mosaique Engineering (Mosaique Ingénierie). We have been using Trello for many years with the following email address: fahmi.benfredj@mosaique-ingenierie.tn.

We would like to change the administrator account to a new email address: support@mosaique-ingenierie.com.

Note: If it is not possible to transfer administrator rights due to the current domain (.tn) being inaccessible, is there any way to export all our data from the current account (used as a guest) and import it into a new Trello workspace associated with support@mosaique-ingenierie.com?

Hi Mariem!

In this case, you can setup a new Workspace, and ask users from Boards to make copies of those Boards into the new Workspace: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/copying-cards-lists-or-boards/.

Once it's all copied, they can leave the old one.
