Hi Jessica! Welcome to the community :) A commonly asked question, but there's currently no way to achieve this. A few workarounds though:

- Create a separate board for that person and auto-copy cards to that board using Butler. Free option, but cards won't be synced.
- Create a separate board for that person and auto-sync cards to that board using Unito. This is a paid option, but you'll have a fully bidirectional sync.
- If this person is an external collaborator, the External Share power-up could be a good solution.
