I'm reaching out regarding an issue I'm experiencing with my Trello account.
It seems that I have reached a limit and I'm unable to create or add any new automations (Butler commands).

Error saving: COMMAND_STORAGE_EXCEEDED

Could you please assist me in understanding what specific limit has been reached (user, board, or workspace), and what options are available to resolve this?

I'm happy to provide any additional information you may need to help troubleshoot this issue.

Thank you very much for your support!

Best regards,

Nir Kronberg

Hello @Nir Kronberg ,

Welcome to Atlassian Community

I believe your question is answered here
https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Trello-questions/Error-saving-command-storage-exceeded/qaq-p/2551288#:~:text=The%20reason%20you%27re%20seeing%20this%20message%20is%20that,database%20and%20not%20one%20that%20we%20can%20increase.

In Short:
There's a limit as to how many Butler/Automation commands you can store in one account, this is a limit that exists in Trello's database and not one that we can increase.

Try deleting some old/unused commands/rules that you have set up and then see if you can add new ones afterwards?

Also, you can review Automation quotas: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/butler-quotas-and-limits/
