I am on the free plan and for some reason I cannot add a new list or card. I have cleared cache, and all I could do but it seems there is a bug on my account. I only have 7- 10 lists on two boards. I urgently need support on this issue. It is across all my devices.
Hi, on the Free plan you should definitely still be able to add new lists and cards — there isn’t a limit at 7–10 lists. Since it’s happening across devices, it could be either a temporary issue or something specific to your account. I’d suggest first trying in a different browser/incognito mode, and if the issue persists, raise a ticket with Trello Support so they can check your account directly.
Thank you but i dont see anywhere how i can log a ticket. Free plan has no direct support it looks like
