open boards

I have a free account, had created a number of boards and have been using them for several months and suddenly all the boards are closed. I can't reopen signs. Can anyone help me on how to get my plates reopened? Thank you in advance.

Welcome to the community, and happy new year. I haven't run into this kind of problem, but I might have two ideas I like to share:

The first is not mine, but it may help. In this question, someone described the same issue:

They ran Trello on their phone and reopened it through the phone. It sounds a bit off, but when it helps :-)

The second one is about the license. As a free plan, you can create 10 Boards; afterward, you need a professional version that costs money. In your case, you automatically used the professional trial. After the period ends, you are blocked out of your boards.

These are my 2 Cents wondering if it helps, but maybe you can check your workspace license and count the number of boards you have.
