removing a board from a team that i don't own

I have several people who have left my organization and they created boards that are associated with my team. I want to remove or close those boards but those people have left. Since I can't remove these boards, they are counting against the max number of boards I can have. I am the admin for the team. Is there anything I can do to remove these boards from my Team, so they don't can't against the max number of boards?
