unable to connect to google chat

I have done everything to add Trello to my Google Chat, but the Trello bot isn't responding. i have tried unadding it i have aurthorsied it what can i do ?

  • What error message are you receiving?
  • Have you tried running in incognito mode?
  • Have you checked if you have authorized with Trello in a correct way?
