We do not have an emoji selector for the selection titles or descriptions, it should be possible to copy and paste an emoji into the title field, or to use an emoji keyboard. 

On a Mac, the keyboard shortcut for emoji is Cmd + ctrl + Space. PC users have reported liking this Chrome extension for faster emoji support.

You can copy the emojis from an emoji website directly, e.g http://getemoji.com/
