Hello,
I run a used car dealership in the UK Reverie Autos LTD and manage a team of 6 six. I am currently learning best techniques and tools to use in Trello. I wanted to ask if there is a template board for a used car dealer or some tips and help specific for my intended use on this amazing software.
@Mohammed Salam Trello has published a series of "team playbooks", one of which is for Sales Teams:

I think that model is more suited to B2B sales, but you might be able to start from that point and adapt it to work with your team (which I'm presuming is more fields sales/b2b).
In general, though, it's my opinion that Trello should not be thought of as a CRM because of it's lack of "database-like" features.
Trello is good at keeping track of things but not good at reporting/aggregation/historical searches and those kinds of things.
So for example it's really good at giving you a visual pipeline representation, but not good at giving you a list of all customers you lost deals with in the past 2 years, but who haven't been contacted within 6 months.
For that, I typically recommend Pipedrive which has a similar style of interface to Trello, excellent database features, a great mobile app, is cheap, is simple to use and has an excellent API so that it plugs into Trello very nicely.
