why am I unable to attach documents to a card?

What Trello Attach Should .pngMy Trello Screen2.pngMy Trello Screen.pngThese three screen shots show 1) what Trello card is supposed to look like and 2) what mine looks like, plus 3) closeup. I am unable attach documents or modify card even though I have admin privileges? Using Chrome browser with OS 10.10.5

Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

It looks like you are currently not a member of the board. You'll nedd to be added/ join this board to be able to edit cards or attach files.

Being a team member or team admin allows you to see boards and members associated with that team, but does not give editing access to individual boards.
