why does my trello board keep going back to the original template workspace

I created a workspace from a Board template. Whenever i click on the items to start using the checklist, it keeps going to the original workspace template view.

I understand that you've created a board from the template, but it reverts to the original template when you start using it. Could you please share the link to the board and some screenshots of how it is appearing?
