workspace limit

hi, i'm using the "free" package. and now my workspace has 8 member with 2 open slots. however 1 new member cannot join it. and it was stated that  "workspace collaborator limit".

Hi @Aziz 

Can you please check how many collaborators are in your Workspace by going to the Members page? You'll find the number of collaborators displayed in the sidebar. sometimes, the 10 Collaborator limit for the Free plan applies to the Workspace rather than individual boards. This means that even if your board has fewer than 10 members, having more collaborators in the Workspace or other boards within it could trigger these notifications.
