Happy Feel Good Friday, Community!
This Sunday is World Laughter Day, and laughter really is great for stress relief, according to the Mayo Clinic!
Here's a bit of history about World Laughter Day:
Dr. Madan Kataria, the founder of the Laughter Yoga movement, established World Laughter Day. The first event was held in Mumbai, India on May 10, 1998. Dr. Kataria is a family doctor in India. He started the Laughter Yoga movement based on the idea that facial expressions have an effect on emotions. Currently, there are about 5,000 Laughter Yoga clubs throughout the world. -National Day Calendar
The celebration of World Laughter Day is a positive manifestation for world peace and is intended to build up a global consciousness of brotherhood and friendship through laughter.[2] It is most often celebrated by gatherings of people in public places with the sole purpose of laughing. -Wikipedia

I'm usually laughing. I learned a long time ago as long as I'm entertained it's ok.
