Hello, Community! π
Itβs Feel-Good Friday β and I thought itβd be the perfect time to ask:
For me, itβs the people. π
Teammates who share their knowledge without holding back, customers who trust us with their challenges, and leaders who remind me that great work doesnβt have to be rushed. Customers who trust us to simplify their work and deliver meaningful value. And letβs be honest β a great GIF or emoji also goes a long way π π
Now itβs your turn:
π‘ What keeps you going when things get busy?
π Where do you find your motivation and spark?
𧑠Letβs celebrate the little things that make a big difference!
Photo from my desk today β where the magic (and messages!) happen π¬ β

Drop your thoughts, stories, or even your favorite feel-good GIF below.
Letβs end the week with some inspiration from each other. π
Happy Friday, Community!
Warmly,
PatrΓcia (Patty).
Hi, @Bobby Taylor, I love that, and I couldnβt agree more! βA rising tide lifts all boatsβ is such a powerful mindset, and it really shows when people are generous with their knowledge and experience. I'm grateful to be part of a team and community where that spirit is alive and well. Thanks for sharing, and happy Friday to you too! π
That is one beautiful looking desk @PatrΓcia Montenegro! I wish mine was that ordered.
One of the things that keeps me inspired is checking this Community every day and seeing posts like this! But I definitely agree that people make all the difference too - I am lucky enough to have a fantastic team who bring a smile to my face every day.
Hi, @James O_Connor, Thank you! π I try to keep it tidy β a clear desk helps me think clearly (most days!). I love what you said about this community, and I feel the same! Itβs always inspiring to see how much positivity and support flow through here. And yes, totally agree β having a team that lifts you makes all the difference. Weβre lucky! π
Love this question & your beautiful desk! π
What keeps me going? A mix of small wins and great humans - a kind message from a teammate, a βthis made my dayβ from a customer, or that moment when a chaotic project finally clicks into place. Pure magic. β¨
Also, letβs not underestimate the power of coffee, a solid playlist, and the occasional well-timed GIF ππΆβ
Hereβs to the little things that make work feel a bit more wonderful! π
Certainly coffee is a great way to get the day started. Then a brisk walk at some point in the day helps to keep everything flowing.
I guess a quick backstory, two-ish years was ad-hoc assigned to the team responsible for integrating Jira & Confluence into our company.
As I've become more comfortable in my site-admin role I can confidently say I greatly appreciate solving a work-process problem that allows my coworkers to have an easier day. Hearing the positive feedback from boards/workflows/ideas that keep things focused, and especially hearing the negative feedback so I can be better at my job goes a long way.
It inspires me knowing that through thoughtful collaboration everyone can go home slightly less stressed and overall, just have a smoother workday. In the US, we all know how stressful work can be, and sometimes it's just paperwork, a forgotten about email, or some ticky-tacky "thing" that can soil a perfectly fine day. Slowly but surely, I'm trying to remove all of that.
Sharp looking desk, mine usually looks more like;
For me, itβs a mix of small sparks that make a big difference:
β A really good cup of coffee
π Sunshine through the window or a walk in nice weather
π¬ A great customer call where we actually solve something together
π Positive feedback that reminds me why I do what I do
π Wearing an outfit I feel confident in (yes, even if it's just for a Teams call π)
π§ Solving a tricky issue after thinking about it for days
π₯ And of course, the energy of people around me in the office
Those are the moments that give me the extra fuel to keep going! β¨ Happy Friday!
@PatrΓcia Montenegro so happy to have you back in the community! We missed you - and this post is evidence as to why!
π‘ What keeps you going when things get busy?
For me, it's knowing that I am making an impact on the lives of our employees and customers by being there to support them in all areas - professionally and personally. I like to think that I lead by example, so knowing that someone may go the extra mile because they see me doing it makes me go another mile further, and further...
π Where do you find your motivation and spark?
My family and friends. These descriptions fit people here in the community and in my company. Knowing that we can multiply our impact by working together towards common goals always drives me.
𧑠Letβs celebrate the little things that make a big difference!
A bike ride, sitting by the ocean and watching the waves roll in and ebb away, but come back again, my wife, my kids, music and coffee!
What keeps me motivated at work is the endorphin rush I get from solving problems and learning new things.
It also helps to hear that my efforts are appreciated; positive feedback is a great motivator.
Thank you for today's post, @PatrΓcia Montenegro - my coworkers are definitely the best part of my job. I always love a homemade latte when my husband works from home, and getting some fresh air and sunlight while out for a walk is a great recharge, too!
