The best is to be kind and to stay loyal to your own values. Those two objectives can be contradictory though since we don't live in a perfect world.
However in the end, staying true to your values can inspire respect to people and lead to deep and meaningful relationships even though it means some other people might turn away from you.
Always a hard choice to make between values and people appreciation !
It shouldn't matter so much but we are social beings and we are meant to try to connect with each others.
If you're not choosing your values you might one day loose what makes you special !

We all are currently in a world where everyone is too busy and try to gain attention from others forgetting about the most important par of our lives, ourselves. According to me people will like to know you when you do something that would help them in some way. It's a very complicated thing, you have to have self-love, faith and trust on your values and goals but also have other people's needs and thoughts beautifully combined with it.
I think these would be enough to make anyone valuable and gain trust from it's community. I would love to know other's view on these too.

Right? This is important. Relationships (personal, professional, etc.) shouldn't be one-way. It's a balance of what we personally find important, and aligning with our "stakeholders".
Of course, the first should be more important, but that might be Western cultural bias for me. 😂
