Error message when submitting a comment

Have you guys experienced this issue when you try to submit a comment? This is what I see on almost all pages when I click submit:

I have to refresh the page and try again every time...

Yes, I have experienced this issue multiple times in the past. This probably is due to a time limit set, after which the page needs to be refreshed in order to post new content.

I believe this is to ensure that if we stay on any page for too long, we refresh and get the latest copy before posting new content.
