Hi Mizan, there are details of what you can earn karma for at https://answers.atlassian.com/faq/#karma Basically, you earn karma for providing helpful answers or comments to posted questions and accepting helpful answers to questions you have posted. Hope that helps, Andrew.

It's a 7 year old question, things have moved on and system the url goes to has moved on too.  However, the accepted answer is still accurate.
