As always, there are a TON of amazing articles written by many of your fellow community members. This is just a small sample of all the great content you don’t want to miss out on!
First up, I think we all know that life can be busy and the last thing we need to do is sort through and organize our email inbox. Not just for work but our personal one as well. @Bibek Behera has shared some amazing tips about how he has managed to organize his personal bills and payments using Gmail and the “free“ tier of Jira service management. If you would like to live in “Organized Bliss“ like he does, you should give this one a read!

Next, a well thought out team home page in Confluence can really make the difference in adoption and usage. Do you know how to build one? Yeah, I don’t either The good news is that @Namita Awasthi has given us the recipe for success in an easy to follow guide.

First up, we are talking more Rovo! I wasn’t sure where this one belonged so I decided we’d put it at the top of this section. Atlassian is starting a series of videos to help inspire you about the various ways you can use Rovo to make you more productive and efficient. Not only should you follow the series, be sure to check out this episode where Sven Peters shares the agent definition he uses to get caught up on every important conversation that has happened in Slack while he isn’t working in the evening and overnight.

Next, Atlassian is adding new out of the box agents to Rovo to help you automate your tasks and to inspire your own creations. The workflow builder agent is designed to help admins use natural language to describe the process they are looking to implement and the agent will build the Jira workflow based on this information. This agent is still in beta but if you have started using Rovo, you might want to check it out.

Continuing with new agents Atlassian is providing out of the box, The meeting insights reporter works in conjunction with the Loom AI transcript functionality to provide you a summary of the important decisions and action items that came out of a meeting. This might be something you need to refer back to or because you missed the meeting while on vacation. Do you have additional questions? you can even ask the agent in Rovo chat for some additional context of the provided summary.

Next up, the share button on a Confluence page now holds a list of requests to access the page content. This makes it easier for Page owners to see and easily approve requests to view their restricted content.

Finally, Atlassian is merging the List and All Work views in Jira into a single view. There are taking the best parts of each view and putting them all into a single place to make it easier for you to do everything you want from a single location.
