Feel Good Friday: It's National Be An Angel Day!

Happy Friday Everyone!

Today is national “Be An Angel“ Day! What can you do to participate:

• Perform random acts of kindness

• Volunteer your time & donate to charity

As it would happen, I’m celebrating my birthday with an Extra Life Charity stream on Twitch about an hour from now supporting my local Children’s Hospital.

I’m going to challenge everyone to find a way to be an angel today. It doesn’t have to be a large gesture, but I promise doing something to help someone else will do wonders to brighten your day.

My goal for today will be to post our upcoming volunteer opportunity for the Milwaukee ACE group!

Some easy, small things to do: 

• At my local grocery chain, they are collecting donations for the March of Dimes. You even get coupons for various products when you donate.
• For stores where you need to put in a coin for a shopping cart/trolley, leave it unhooked for the next person (maybe they will do the same)
• If someone else in your household usually makes dinner, puts out the movie snacks, gets the kids to bed, etc., offer to do that today. (Picking up pizza counts)
• As I have been doing this morning, commiserate with a coworker on a situation that impacts you both and neither of you have any control over 😃
