Welcome @mukesh agrawal - there is a lot to learn regarding JIRA and many cool features / tools / dashboards / extensions, etc. that will help you along the way. 

Personally, my favourite is to customise dashboards to suit my designers' needs. You can track status', time in status, open tickets, you can assign issues to individual people - and hold them responsible 🤣 - you can customise reports to send automatically..
