Hi @Tony_McTackett,

Welcome to the Community!  It's never too late to join all the fun here!

If you are looking for Jira best practices I'd recommend checkout out the Jira Product Collection.

At the same time if you are interested in some of the fun things that happen on the community, you should also take a look through the "Friday Fun" posts.

Also, don't hesitate to ask questions everyone here is very friendly!
