Hi, Nidhi, well I read a article today about a maintainer of projects and a contributor now what i really wanted to know is code the only way to prevail. now i kind have  gotten a little discouraged when first starting in the learning and teaching phases of the systems and software that is being developed. I really needed and need help and its been a hard journey for me yet i love the tech world.

I need a understanding on how to grow teams and how to sell our products?
