Why my article get In Moderation Status?

Hi, I recently published my second article, but it is currently in the 'In Moderation' status.  so I’m wondering why this one is being reviewed. Could you please check if there’s an issue or let me know how I can expedite the process? Thanks!

That usually is the case when something does not with Community guidelines. Looking at the article, I think this was answered in a comment over there.
