Could you please share some tips or documentation page where it is described how to set support@eazybi.com as default watcher for all tickets created in community.atlassian.com as we don't receive emails when customers create new tickets?

As Thomas says, it's in progress. Ways to better watch and support our add-ons in the Community is very high on the list of improvements.

at the moment, it is not possible to subscribe to a search term. You can only watch a channel.
But Atlassian is working on the ability to subscribe to a search.
