Is there any way to create a survey on a community?

Hi,

Sometimes I would like to gather information from community users about the way they are working with Jira. The best way would be to use some simple polls, even one-question. As I read in community rules embedding links for external forms is not allowed.

Are there any other ways to do that? :)
