Question was spam filtered due to edits, can I get it reviewed?

A question of mine was marked as spam after I edited it a few times (mainly for formatting).  Is there a mechanism to ask for it to be unfiltered? Do I have to wait? It seems like most people get their questions unfiltered by asking another question like this one!

You've hit on one of the best mechanisms already.

A lot of the community champions check the spam bucket for incorrect spam hits.   I am not going to claim we are fast, consistent or check with huge regularity, but we do try.

Flat-out asking, as you have here, is probably the best option at the moment.  As a result of seeing this, I've been reminded I have not checked today, so I did, and I pulled out 3 items, including yours.
