It seems to have been caused by a SPAM post.

It's gone now.

Do we know the mechanics behind this and is it possible for the spam filter to reject these sooner? For instance, I was unable to post just a picture as a response in a previous discussion because it was being flagged as spam.

I've seen the same posts being marked as spam automatically shortly after I marked the first two as spam during the Community Feedback workshop, so I have a feeling the system learns from patterns but I'm not sure. Maybe Monique or one of the devs can write an article about it?
