Is there a way to just watch the news and not every page edit that Rachel makes?

Hi guys, I am so, so sorry for today's spam (and last week's spam).  I promise it will be the last. 

Essentially that page had a lot of very old attachments, and the way we were updating it fired a flood of notifications. This morning I removed all the old attachments - so the page is now attachment free (I'd not been able to find a way to do with without sending notifications I'm afraid).  

From now on you should only get one notification from that page - and that's when we update it with info about the latest Cloud deployment.
